Our Staff

Our staff strives each and every day to take the best care of the children in their care. They go above and beyond making sure everything is well prepared for each and every day.
Each staff member is First Aid and CPR trained and must maintain a minimum 24 training hours per year. 
Christine Montgomery

Ms. Christine has 25+ years of childcare experience. Teaching is the most exciting thing to her. She loves, cares, understands, and learns with the children. Ms. Christine has a big heart and lots of love to give. 

Ms. Christine says the children are not the only ones that learn in her class. She learns from the children just as much as they learn from her. Her class is always a joy to be in.

Tawn Paxton

Ms. Tawn comes to us with 20 years of daycare experience. She is the 3rd oldest out of 10 siblings and a mother of three boys. 

 Her care and love for children is what we like about Ms. Tawn. She treats each child as her own. She loves on them, helps them learn, and cares for their well being.

Gary Montgomery

Mr. Gary is the newest member to the daycare. He is married to Christine and they have 5 children between the two of them. When he is not working with the school age children here, he enjoys putting puzzles together, watching movies, and playing with his granddaughter.

He loves interacting with the children cares for them as one of his own. The children love to play games with Mr. Gary.  

Anthea Scholes

Ms. Anthea is the mom of four boys. She is originally from the UK and moved to the States approximately 19 years ago.

Ms. Anthea loves the challenge working with Pre-K 4 year olds. She works all year getting them ready for Kindergarten. It is rewarding to see them grow in such a short time.

 

 

Kerri Whitfield

Ms. Kerri is the mom of four boys.  She has over 25 years experience in education.  She is a former teacher and administrator in Texas City ISD.  

Owning a preschool was always her dream and is now a reality.  Working with children and their families is such a rewarding job.
